Created in 2013, Life & Soft is a Life Sciences IT services company. Our experience in Research and Pharmaceutical companies built on our expertise in bioinformatics, chemistry, biology, molecular modeling, and pharmacology make us your best partner to reach your IT goals. In addition to pipeline services, we now offer a range of LifePipe products for analysis of NGS sequencing data: • Variant lifepipe: A bioinformatics pipeline dedicated to the analysis of variants in human genetics • Virus LifePipe : A pipeline dedicated to the analysis of viral variants (SARS-CoV2, respiratory virus and costum virus panel) • Microbiome LifePipe : A full-featured sequencing analysis and management system for microbiome samples exploration. In order to best meet our customers' needs, we have set up our own sequencing platform.
