I am a dynamic facilitator of positive change, inspired by my own successful experience, i am driven to set individuals and organizations on a fast track towards a life with limitless possibilities and to coach them on this exciting journey of growth and fulfillment. My diverse multicultural background gives me the unique ability to communicate with people and makes me a natural at listening effectively and building rapport; Meeting people at varying levels in their understanding. As such, I excel in creating an open space conducive to enhanced critical thinking, increased response-ability and improved self-awareness. Thus, helping people confront their fears head on, change their paradigm and consequently, develop unwavering self-confidence. This ability coupled with my structured and transparent coaching approach, enables me to guide today’s change agents toward achieving their purpose in stride. I have demonstrated strong strategic management skills, leadership qualities and unique interpersonal skills, through my various roles in General management, business development and marketing at key multinationals, where as the principal catalyst, I successfully delivered on various targets, even in regional posts and across multiple geographies. As such, I am capable of understanding business needs, as well as connecting with and driving the individuals and teams in an organization, who work to make them happen. My past experience with overcoming his own challenges, allows him to effectively relate to and help others resolve their own limitations including: conflicting values and goals, fears and phobias, health challenges, restrictive childhood traumas and outdated/limiting beliefs. I have a great passion for teaching people how to conquer fear, master the art of change and to empower them to be the leaders in their own life.
