The firm was founded from the foundations of a public-spirited challenge in New Delhi, India, in the form of a PIL (Public Interest Litigation) by three young Lawyers in the Hon. Supreme Court of India exposed a $1 Billion Scam in the Indian Health Care Sector, facilitated by one of India’s biggest corporate scammers in the late 2000s. While all three of them had very different backgrounds and contexts as Lawyers, their commitment to the highest integrity in the practice of law brought them together to provide legal advice and expertise.
