Leitner Construction

In 1974, the business was expanded into commercial and light industrial construction. From 1974 to the present, Leitner Construction Company grew to be an unlimited general contractor engaged in all types of construction in both North Carolina and South Carolina. In 2014 Leitner Construction Company of York County LLC was created due to a change in company ownership. Leitner Construction Company of York County LLC is currently owned by Simms M. Leitner, John W. Leitner, and Kenneth M. Smith. Over the years Leitner Construction has been involved in a wide variety of architectural construction including but not limited to general office buildings, churches, church life centers, medical offices, dental offices, schools, plants, automobile dealerships, daycare centers, street up-fits, ballparks, stadiums, and fueling facilities. We have worked with a wide variety of owners, architects, and engineers over the years and feel we have established a strong reputation with many.
