The peoples lives we intersect with on both ends of the spectrum customer and tenant, we will respect the priorities of each. Overseeing the maintance of each property and building relationships with each tenant in having hands on what happens on these premises. This is a two fold operation, bringing quality care of managing the properties and bring quality tenants to rent the property. This takes special people to put forth and aquire the interest of the properties and the people. We at "Legacy" like improving properties and we like building relationships with people. We have been operating in these strengths for years, long before there was a dollar attached to the responsibilities of other. For some these task are work and for us at Legacy these task are enjoyable. Life is too short to not enjoy the tasks along the way.
