Our goal is simple: create positive equity benefits, consistent cash flow, and add value back to the community. We are Matt and Jenna Fritze, a husband and wife team who began our multifamily real estate investing business with a vision to greatly increase our passive income through a strategy of buying and holding assets. This strategy allows us to increase cash flow, giving us more time and resources to give back to our community in powerful ways.
