OUR MISSION Our mission is to Love God, Love People, and Change the World! At Legacy Church, our mission is the final destination, the overall goal of our journey. Our mission is directly aligned with the Great Commandment and the Great Commission of Jesus. The Great Commandment "And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these." - Mark 12:30—31 To accomplish Jesus’ Great Commandment, we wholeheartedly pursue loving God and loving people. The Great Commission "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." - Matthew 28:19—20 To accomplish Jesus’ Great Commission, we relentlessly pursue making disciples in every nation, all over the world. OUR VISION Our vision is what God is building through us! It’s what we’ve been inspired to create together. Our vision is to be a healthy church that plants healthy churches. So, what is a healthy church? A healthy church loves God and equips people to grow in their love for God; through worship, prayer, and Bible study. A healthy church loves people and equips people to grow in their love for others and develop relationships; through serving and giving. A healthy church deliberately makes disciples that make disciples; by equipping and empowering people to share the Gospel of Jesus.
