Since October 2022, we've had 22,203 wonderful humans register with us, to help connect them to vocational training opportunities. We’ve been fortunate enough to help place a lot of them. Many of which, have moved from unemployment or low income, lack of progression, not feeling valued… into sustainable, meaningful employment. Railway workers, drainage engineers, HGV drivers… You name it. How? Through vocational education. Typically, delivered by our colleges / training provider partners (with access to AEB, Bootcamp, or other funding) Our role? The middleman. A bit like a recruitment agency, but connecting learners to vocational opportunities. Our valued and respected partners see us like an extension of their marketing, sales, and admin team. We find it incredibly rewarding to connect people to our partners' career-making and life changing opportunities. So for us, it's always a shame when to hear stories about funding allocations that haven’t been fully utilised. Especially when thousands of people, like the ones we’ve got to know, are missing out on these opportunities. Usually, there's a disconnect somewhere. We get it. Institutes win bigger funding bids than expected, and it can become overwhelming to manage. College marketing, sales, or admin teams can often be stretched or under-perform. Or, other factors completely can play a part. Regardless, when they struggle to consistently find, recruit and enrol learners to fill ANY of their courses to capacity, then there's a problem. Why they fix this? To hit their funding targets, bring more money into their institute and benefit the staff / students within it, whilst also helping more learners get into career-making and life-changing opportunities. Winner, winner. How they fix this? They leverage our team of talent, skills, tech and resources and let us (for a modest investment) advertise and fill their courses on their behalf.
