In its infancy, the concept was geared to assist with physician placement at understaffed hospitals. During the development and marketing phase, we discovered that a majority of small business owners had similar issues maintaining outbound and inbound communications and there wasn’t a service on the market addressing their needs adequately or affordably. This led to our “ah ha” moment, pivoting our focus from the medical field to a much broader base - the small business owner.
