Leadership Victoria (LV) delivers transformative programs that develop, connect and inspire diverse leaders across all sectors, to strengthen communities and tackle society’s complex and systemic problems. These leaders then contribute to our vision of an inclusive, equitable and sustainable society.
Leaders come to LV’s unique programs from across the business, government and community sectors, and have diverse backgrounds, identities and experiences.
Our flagship Williamson Community Leadership Program (WCLP) has been running for 35 years, with 1,400 deeply connected Williamson Fellows now in leadership roles across Victoria and beyond. We have around 7,000 Alumni across all our programs.
LV is an independent, not-for-profit organisation, registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC), and is a certified social enterprise.
LV is governed by a diverse, volunteer Board of Directors, many of whom are LV Alumni. Our Chair is Christine Nixon, AO, APM, and our Patron is the Governor of Victoria, Her Excellency Professor the Honourable Margaret Gardner AC.
