The Leadership Ottawa Program is an opportunity for personal growth and a vehicle for creating a better society.
Through a combination of experiential learning, community visits, readings, personal reflection and practical engagement over a 9 month period, participants learn what it means to exercise leadership. They come face to face with the reality of the complex social problems facing our region and our communities.
Our program involves intensive learning, and unlike traditional curriculum-based MBAs, is very much experiential. Participants develop practical skills that can be used at work, in the community and in their personal lives.
