Leadership New Zealand has a vision of “Every New Zealander exercising leadership through heart and head for progress and wellbeing for everyone”. We are a purpose-driven charitable entity and have been steadily increasing our impact for Aotearoa since 2003. We support people to transform for the benefit of all New Zealanders. We foster active leadership in successful and purposeful lives, teams, organisations, cultures and communities. This is our purpose. We build an exceptional leadership movement and culture through courageous conversations, engaging with New Zealand’s diverse individuals and communities, and creating impactful insights, Programmes and projects. We do this to build positive social, economic, environmental and cultural progress for Aotearoa, as part of global humanity. This is our mission. Across our Signature Programmes (The NZ Leadership Programme and The Mana Moana Experience), Short Programmes (Lead to Transform) and Masterclass Series, diversity of perspective and exercising purposeful leadership serve as key enablers to participants achieving higher levels of growth, engagement and impact.
