Lawtake is an ecommerce business, created by Hollywood Lawyers Online, LLC which was formed in September, 2012, with a website (LawTake.com, Lawtake.tv and others), YouTube® channel and mobile phone app (coming soon), all of which provide entertaining and informative videos on the law, along with supplementary products, such as legal forms and checklists. LawTake’s main goal is to revolutionize the market of online legal information by building the first Marketplace of Online Video Legal Information where lawyers and Lawtake team up to publish free and premium videos.
