Sabra Gandhi is a general corporate and securities lawyer with experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and cross-border transactions. Sabra has represented clients in a wide variety of business transactions, including corporate formation, private equity fund formation, drafting and negotiation of complex agreements (including joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, merger and acquisition agreements, among others), and general corporate and securities law compliance. Her former clients include major financial institutions, corporations and private equity funds, such as Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, McDonald’s, and Texas Pacific Group.
Previously, Sabra was associated with Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton LLP in New York and in Tokyo and Proskauer Rose LLP in Los Angeles.
Sabra received her J.D., cum laude, from the Harvard Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from Columbia University.
She is admitted to practice in California and New York.
