Laura Beth, aka LB, is a Kentucky girl through and through. Growing up near Lake Cumberland, LB moved to Lexington in 1995, which pretty much makes her a local. She knows the town, the neighborhoods, the markets, and the people in it very well. Central Kentucky is home. LB's professional career spans a few sectors but share one common thread - customer service. She worked in some of Lexington's most iconic (and long-gone) restaurants where she learned the fine art of prioritizing tasks and quick thinking. A few years in HR taught her empathy and flexibility. Finally, 11 years with Fayette County Public Schools brought a multitude of experiences, but most of all, patience, active listening, and finding creative solutions to complex problems. She brings her rich and diverse professional history along with a little unconventionality and fun to a business sector that can be rigid, stuffy and just plain unlikeable.
