Launch HP is a faith-based organization devoted to supporting individuals, groups, and teams on their journey to achieve high-performance in personal fitness and/ or transformational leadership. Our process focuses on working alongside our partners to guide, challenge, and encourage them as they strive for peak performance. Our Personal Fitness Training programs are tailored to the unique needs and objectives of the client. Launch HP fitness programs are effective for the person or group that is new to fitness, as well as seasoned athletes looking for a new approach. Training occurs indoors/ outdoors at our fitness studio, at the client's location, or at a unique venue (program dependent). The Leadership Development Consultation programs emphasize a proven systemic approach to assess and enhance the competencies of the leader, whether new or executive, as they strive to transform themselves and their organizations. Consulting can occur on-site at the client's organization or our office in Walker, LA.
