Larry And Barbara Sharpf Entrepreneurship & Innovation Workshop

The goal of this workshop is to connect the entrepreneurship curriculum provided in the major to potential career path options for students and to help students develop professional skills and networks necessary for an entrepreneurial career. There are many career opportunities for students who major in entrepreneurship and corporate innovation. In this workshop, students will explore different aspects of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in order to begin building their professional network in this field. Students working on venture ideas will need to build a network of advisors and mentors. Students not ready to launch a venture might want to work for a startup, incubator, or work in another aspect of the field related to entrepreneurship and corporate innovation. This workshop will introduce students to those options, opportunities, and advisors.
