Our organization’s strength comes from extensive practical experience working on and in the water, and academic training from leading universities in the United States and abroad. As independent advisor, or member on interdisciplinary team, Lally LLC is often called to serve on projects requiring innovative marine technology, engineering and environmental expertise. In these capacities we have been hired by governments (U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Federal Emergency Management Agency), industry clients, engineering firms, environmental consultants, dredging and marine contractors, and NGOs. Our firm’s professional staff has also served on expert panels charged with review and formulation of engineering designs and dredged material management plans for major harbor expansion projects, as well as coastal risk and resiliency planning for several communities. For its recent multi-year leadership guiding the engineering design and implementation of advanced precision dredging, capping and dredged material management work on the New Bedford Harbor Superfund Megasite, Lally Consulting LLC received the prestigious U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator’s Award for Outstanding Accomplishments by a Small Business Contractor. Founded in 2008, Lally Consulting LLC is headquartered in Seattle, and growing with offices along the U.S. East Coast, in Northern Europe and the Caribbean.
