Laissez-faire Catering is a Sydney based company that began operations in 1989. We have an excellent support infrastructure, including two fully-fitted commercial kitchens to provide off-site food preparation, including a complete fleet service with refrigerated vehicles.
Laissez-faire has expanded in both size and scope, gaining an outstanding reputation for organising and catering at all types of events. We are currently celebrating our 30th year in business!
Although Laissez-faire is large enough to enjoy some economies of scale, being family-owned and operated, it’s small enough for the owner to be involved on a day to day basis, ensuring high standards in product and service delivery, including professionalism of the staff.
