Labour Ready

Labour Ready exists to provide employment and training support to clients whilst in custody and during their transition back into the community. It is an holistic service, strategically planned in order to reduce recidivism and promote resettlement. Labour Ready will provide support services that will enable our clients to maintain & improve independence, gain living skills and better their social & mental wellbeing. Labour Ready believe it is of critical importance that we involve those within the criminal justice system as partners in the battle to reduce re offending and help rebuild lives and better futures.
