Laaru Consulting is a professional sales and business development consultant with over 10 years of business experience. We work closely with Finnish, African and international companies to design, and map out strategic and sustainable business models for their Go-To markets in West Africa (Ghana and Nigeria), South Africa and Kenya with the support of Laaru Consulting's local partners and network. The goal is to support companies with strategic market entry analysis (i.e. creative business models), cross-cultural learning, network and knowledge based services and also connect companies with financial experts in terms of co-investing opportunities, equity funding, and buy-outs in Sub-saharan Africa.
