Founded more than 40 years ago, our chocolates are an opportunity to discover the legacy and mastery handed down by our founder, Robert Linxe - a visionary, who was dubbed the Wizard of the Ganache. Many of today’s grand chocolatiers were his disciples. His principles continue to be carried out by our artisanal creators to surprise and please the palate.
Our team is led by our Master Chef Chocolatier, Nicolas Cloiseau (Chef Meilleur Ouvrier de France/ Best Craftsman Chocolatier of France Award) – the most prestigious title for any chocolatier that takes a lifetime to earn.

You’ll experience our exclusive taste and savoir-faire: At La Maison du Chocolat we create own couvertures and own blends of over 20 chocolate typicities. Our Chef Chocolatier travels the world over in search of the best products (cacao vintages, spices, fruits, etc.). We only use the rarest cacaos, cultivated with care.
All our chocolates are made by hand in our atelier in Nanterre, near Paris. Each texture is poured and smoothed on Maison marble, coated and cut to the millimeter, delicately enrobed and decorated chocolate by chocolate, always by hand. The chocolates are judged and selected, piece after piece, and tasted intermittently. The quality of the craftsmanship is evident: finesse of the coating, shine and consistency - made in small quantities, in order not to alter the recipes.
