La Boulange is a chain of fast-casual bakery cafes specializing in offering fantastic brunches and healthful lunches. We bake tradition French breads, pastries and desserts every day. Everything is made from scratch using the best all-natural ingredients including soups, quiches, salads, open-faced sandwiches, and brunch items. Most units are inline venues with seating for 30 to 50 inside and sidewalk or patio seating outside under the company’s trademark pumpkin colored awning. Interiors are reminiscent of a warm and inviting country-French neighborhood café with a casual, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Catering is also available for events from office meetings to bridal showers and any gatherings in between. In 2012, Starbucks purchased La Boulange for $100 million from founder Pascal Rigo. Starbucks plans to expand the brand, giving La Boulange the opportunity to share what we love to do with so many more people!
