Leading the regional design scene since 1980 under the name of H.L.Lim & Associates, LTW Designworks was formed in 2001 by principal partner H.L.Lim and partner Su Seam Teo. LTW is an international design studio specialising in luxury hospitality interiors. With an extensive portfolio in collaboration with the world’s top hoteliers and developers, LTW has designed more than 120 hotels globally. Based in Singapore with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Bangkok and a satellite office in Milan, LTW has assembled a multilingual and culturally diverse team of over 100 creative professionals working across a broad spectrum of design disciplines. LTW’s designs reflect an aesthetic ideal born from a respect for a sense of place and a commitment to innovation. The studio approaches every brief with in-depth research, considering the property’s geography, setting, and cultural identity to create a compelling narrative. The combination of inspired design concepts and technical proficiency forms the foundation of LTW’s approach.
