L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (L&T Infra Finance) is promoted by L&T Finance Holdings (a subsidiary of the engineering and construction conglomerate Larsen & Toubro Limited). Incorporated in 2006, L&T Infra Finance is registered as a Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) under the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Act 1934. In just 9 years of being in business we are one of the select few companies to be classified as an Infrastructure Finance Company (IFC), and since 2011, as a Public Finance Institution (PFI) by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
