The LSP Leadership Group has embarked on a vision to change leadership mindsets and accelerate regenerative futures. As a business with two decades experience working to enhance the capabilities of leaders and their organisations, it is clear that good leadership remains one of the single biggest levers for positive change (however defined). In the context of this critical decade, in which the interlinked societal, climate and nature emergencies require an evolved leadership response, we have set out our Group purpose 'to create the conditions for the greater thriving of life'. We offer a range of coaching and leadership services that build the courage, confidence and agency needed to understand and act within this new leadership context. Working globally with our consultant partners, who have been leaders in their own right, we enable leaders and their teams to work from their potential, creating shifts of perspective, energy, and purpose. Current projects include an award-winning global DEI programme, leadership coaching, training coaching skills and supervision, team coaching, 1% for the planet funded partnership with the Marine Conservation Society, land regeneration projects and career mentoring. Not only are LSP proud members of 1% for the planet, we are stewards of land with a purpose to regenerate all aspects, ultimately sequestering more carbon than we produce, whilst increasing the amount of nature, water quality and natural flood management techniques. Generating social capital through education and access. Our aim is to show by our own actions, that an organisation can be even more successful by being part of the solution to the collective challenges we face.
