We are a union signatory contractor and maintain a City of Chicago masonry and concrete license. Founded in March 1999, under the leadership of President Thomas Laird, LS Contracting began as a humble operation with an experienced team. For 25 years, LS Contracting has consistently demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to safety to become a largely recognized and successful general contracting company. We value the growth and development of our business, as well as that of our team.
