LOGOS has a wealth of experience in working with software organizations of all sizes and all maturity levels to set up and execute process improvement initiatives. Through its contract work for the Air Force, LOGOS examined and analyzed the software development practices of close to 300 companies. LOGOS has seen which software improvements work and which ones fail, which software development practices are best and which ones hamper an organization’s ability to improve, and how the organizational culture can act as an enabler or barrier to improvement.
