What is LIT? = Leadership. Innovation. Transformation. LIT Careers helps people succeed in college, career and life by providing them access to jobs, learning and resources for life-long personal and professional development. LIT Careers Inc., is an edtech startup ten years in the making. Originally, founded as LIT College Tour (501c3) in 2013, a national college-2-career diversity initiative that hosted career fairs in several top 10 markets including LA, NYC, Chicago, Houston, Miami, San Diego and Silicon Valley. In ten years, we served over 10,000 students and young professionals, and featured over 300 speakers including tech leaders, Emmy award winning journalists, startup innovators, influencers, government officials and other notable individuals. Due to the pandemic, LIT College Tour closed shop in 2021. To keep the dream alive, we relaunched as LIT Careers in 2022, a Delaware c-corp, in order to purse venture capital. Our goal is to continue to serve people by providing increased access to, jobs, learning and resources for life-long personal and professional development
