The Lecker family, based in the town of Furth im Wald in Bavaria, Germany, was already well known for their powdered yeast in 1935. We acquired the business in 1997, as there was no successor, and since then the family-run Lecker's organic factory for natural baking ingredients has been at the Wörrstadt site in Rheinhessen, Germany. Since then, the range of products has been constantly developed and expanded, always taking into account of the requirements of our namesake. Our products can be found in organic and natural shops not only in Germany, but across the world. Of course, all of our baking ingredients are organic in origin – all the better for the environment! Not only the introduction of the phosphate-free pure tartar baking powder, but also the family tradition in the company has always motivated us to strive for the best in our daily work.
