Founded in 1993, the company was a small family business operating in the field of charcuterie.
To satisfy the demand of some bakery customers, it tried its hand at making pork grattons for fougasse and quickly had a great success.
In 2000, the company was renamed Le Gratons Castillonnais and left Castillon du Gard in 2003 to settle in Sernhac in order to develop its activity.
It then manufactures duck and pork grattons for fougasses, homemade bacon and performs various slicing and conditioning services for dry and cooked ham for renowned brands.
At the end of 2017, Le Graton Castillonnais embarked on a new phase by developing a whole range of new quality products to the delight of your taste buds.
