Vision Guided by our commitment to client and community growth and resilience, KCDS provides expert career development, employer and employment services. We deliver the WorkBC program for the Nelson-Castlegar-Trail area. From employment readiness programs and supports to training opportunities, the KCDS team is here to help both job seekers and employers meet their goals.
