The previous experience of Konstruktor Group as a general contractor is over than 250 objects of different complexity and purpose in a total area more than 1000000 square meters for reputable domestic and foreign Investors. Konstruktor started with business activities in 2004, establishing the first company in the Group - Konstruktor Consulting, whose main activity is the design and execution of high-rise facilities. Other members which were subsequently established in the Group are: Konstruktor Metal, Konstruktor Distribution, Konstruktor Equipment. Konstruktor Metal company was established in 2010 and until today has maintained a trend of significant technological investments in modern CNC machines and other tools, ready to respond to all kinds of demands on the market in the field of aluminum and steel structures, in very short term and at competitive prices. In 2010, recognizing the needs of the market for short-term and fast delivery, Konstruktor Distribution was created. Konstruktor Distribution possess own stock of quality construction materials which ensures fast availability of materials. Konstruktor Company recognizes the need to invest in machines and all associated equipment that is used for the needs of earthworks and construction works on the construction site. Regarding that a special company, Konstruktor Equipment with the aim of providing all services for the first phase of the works was established. Konstruktor has more than 150 full-time employees, more than 60 engineers of all profiles, as well as up to 1000 employees at all construction sites. Vision of the Konstruktor Group is to strengthen the leading position in the field of civil engineering, construction of industrial facilities, logistics centres, retail parks, modern business and residential buildings with the reputation of a reliable partner dedicated to the goals of it’s clients.
