Are you looking to build a new home, remodel an existing home, or create an outdoor oasis? Our design team is ready to lead you through developing your project into plans prepared for construction. Our design strategy looks like this: We'd like to understand the concept thoroughly. We locate the project site to determine the site-specific development rules. We develop a property base map to include the survey boundaries, setbacks, LiDAR elevation contours, and a current site aerial photo. For remodeling projects, we conduct an as-built survey of the home or project area using a Leica BLK360 LiDAR scanner. We create the preliminary blueprints and provide a 3D video walkthrough of the project at the actual location. Finally, we will finalize the plans and provide the final 3D walkthrough.
