The promoters were holding key positions in the various organization before and after gaining adequate experience and skills they came together to commence their own company. The motive behind it is to provide the sophisticated and precision work to the telecom sector. The promoters of the company in their individual capacity are actively involved in various major network infrastructure projects with organizations like Ericsson & Nokia, and with in no time company got two major projects from two telecom giants ERICSSON & IDEA CELLULAR. They use their experience and domain knowledge to realize customer & organizational objectives and values. We are serving the quality technical support for two different but the most sophisticated (Technology) projects SWITCH & BTS Installation and commissioning. Kingswell TeleSolutions team consists of, approximately, 60% technically great engineers and the selection procedure strives to maintain the percentage. Our employees are sponsored for technical up-gradation, self-development and certification courses so that they are in congruence with the industry needs. We have well dedicated technical teams, who pride themselves on their quick and professional response at BTS, MW, BSC and MSC levels. We have our strong presence in India, and also if required then we will provide services outside India to ZTE.
