Kinfolk Capital is an independent private-equity group created by a team of business owners. We buy-in to the future prosperity of Kiwi firms, providing access to the capital, capability, connections and support they need to grow and be successful. Kinfolk is not a "Fund", but a group of business owners who are working together to find great investment opportunities in New Zealand SMEs. When we find these opportunities, we like to co-invest with people who share our values and our vision for the business, and are able to contribute directly to its success. In some cases, these contributions will be through board or management roles. We especially like to partner with incumbent owners who want to see their business achieve its full potential.
