Kindershare connects owners and renters of children's equipment.
Kindershare started in 2017 when the founder, Vanouhi Nazarian, had a houseful of children's equipment, which she was holding onto between children.
The average Australian family spends $50,000 on furniture and equipment for their children, much of it used for only a few weeks, then stored for years between children.
Kindershare unlocks the value of underutilised children's assets, and helps families with smarter, cheaper living. Families can earn extra income and help local families while receiving the peace of mind of insurance and the Kindershare Guarantee, which provides up to 75% of the replacement cost of an item. Items are free to list and a 13% commission is taken on completed rentals.
