Our experienced welding team holds these current certifications by the American Welding Society (AWS); D1.1/D1.1M:2008 Steel Structural Welding, D1.3/D1.3M:2008 Sheet Steel Structural Welding, D1.2/D1.2M:2008 Aluminum Structural Welding, D1.6/D1.6M:2007 Stainless Steel Structural Welding, and B2.1/B2.1M:2005 Specification for Welding Procedure & Performance Qualification. We can accommodate any volume and complexity of projects requiring expertise in these welding techniques. We also provide Load Testing services of all shapes and sizes. Kidder Inc. provides full documentation of every load test which assures our customers that the device or lifting appliance has been successfully tested up to the Gulf of Mexico standards from Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and beyond. We are a certified Load Testing Facility used by major oil companies like Oceaneering, Shell, Schlumberger, BP, and BHP. Waterjet cutting allows us to be able to cut a wide variety of materials using a high-pressure jet of water with or without an abrasive substance. It provides high accuracy cuts without having to use high temperatures and not having to compromise the integrity of the materials being used. Additionally we offer Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) and CNC (Computer Numeric Control) machined parts manufacturing firm specializing 3, 4, and 5 axis machining of metals, plastics & acrylics, aluminum and steel welding and fabrication, with prototyping / product design.
