Kfw Stiftung

By establishing the KfW Stiftung, KfW Bankengruppe gave its social commitment a long-term home in 2012. Under the guiding principle "Raum für anderes Denken" we are addressing major social challenges. The Foundation's priority areas of Responsible Entrepreneurship, Social Commitment, Environment and Climate as well as Art and Culture determine the scope of our work. Through structural support, projects are developed together with partners medium to long term and are accompanied in their operative implementation. The KfW Foundation supports initiatives that break up existing patterns and develop concepts for alternative action. We offer a platform for cross-border exchange and create space for different ways of thinking. In this way we want to shape diversity in economy, ecology, society and culture.
