We execute value-add strategies on assets in qualified locations, called “ Urban Nodes.” We utilize our extensive real estate expertise and industry relationships to source and acquire properties at a discount to their intrinsic value. After acquisition, we create value through strategic capital improvements and aggressive management and leasing. We acquire neglected and mismanaged rental properties and do extensive exterior and interior renovations. Once complete, we offer residents a comprehensive living experience that's unique relative to standard rental units in the market. Our investment platform allows any individual to invest with us. Historically, only institutions and accredited investors were able to participate in the private real estate market. We do not place capital with other managers. We manage all processes in house and see your investment from cradle to grave.
