Across her career, Karen has supported transformations for all functions in FMCG including: - Major capital projects including the construction & installation of a process facility & warehousing facilities. - An S&OP implementation across a pan-European client - Business-wide transformation programmes to support regulatory change; such as the Soft Drinks Industry Levy and the Scotland Deposit Return Scheme. - Commercial initiatives to drive profitability; including the comprehensive restructuring of Trade Promotion Investment frameworks - Multi-channel retail execution of NPD launches; with significant experience of delivering field sales execution to the independent and symbol convenience sector. - Organisation restructures; including a large project to transfer sales & service to 14K retail customers from a satellite-model of small regional offices to a centralised sales team. - PMO set up and Programme Management design for a significant programme in the FMCG / circular economy space.
