Kennedy Consulting Team is an Oklahoma City based company providing management and negotiation services.
KCT founder John Kennedy has a thirty year background in business. He received a master's degree in public administration from Harvard University with a curriculum designed around negotiation analysis. Kennedy studied under James Sebenius, head of the Harvard Negotiation Roundtable, and Thomas Schelling, Nobel Prize winner in economics for Game Theory. He received the Spirit Award at Harvard for community service and served on the Dean's Alumni Leadership Council. In 1991, Kennedy was appointed Oklahoma Secretary of State. He served as senior cabinet officer involved in inter agency negotiations. Kennedy was chair of the NASS business division during the nationwide creation of the LLC as a new entity and held several leadership positions in NASS.
Kennedy founded Irish Realty in 1978. Irish has a successful history of developing, redeveloping and investing in commercial real estate. Its projects have included First National Center, Baptist Children's Home, Main Street Parking, and numerous office, retail and industrial facilities. The company has purchased properties from Prudential, Aetna, Allstate, John Hancock, MassMutual, Bank of the West and many other institutional owners. Irish manages assets exclusively for its own portfolio.
Kennedy Consulting Team has been involved in negotiations for the following groups: MDBP, Roserock Entertainment, the Chickasaw Nation, Chesapeake Energy Corporation, BancFirst and the University of Oklahoma. It was successful in bringing resolution to an environmental dispute for MDBP. KCT worked with Roserock on the formation of a partnership between Warner Brothers and Abu Dhabi. KCT is a principal in the creation of a planned community for the Chickasaw Nation. It successfully completed a project for BancFirst in the state of Washington involving several large commercial facilities.
