Since then, Kendall Douglas has evolved to be a thriving people & business development company that trains and equips executives, managers, entrepreneurs, and speakers to step into their innate greatness both personally and professionally. Once people see themselves for who they truly are, they are never the same. About the founders: Merideth and Doug have been best friends since college. 15 years of marriage and 2 children later, they are as connected as ever.
