Ken Grant Consulting is no longer in business. 1) Assess the status of the client’s projects (policies, practices, processes and procedures). This assessment focuses on the projects’ Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats/Risks (SWOT) and 2) Work with the client’s executives and managers (project and functional) to develop workable and repeatable processes that enhance the strengths, reduce the weaknesses, and exploit opportunities while mitigating threats and risks. This step includes training project managers in project management skills and training the executives and functional managers in how best to use their project managers. A complementary goal to achieving successful projects and project managers is to help executives and managers understand how to plan their career strategies using project management skills and tools.
