Diversity, Equity & Inclusion was but a logical and natural choice to explore. We are continuously working with various organizations to build a culture of seeding diversity and inclusion in their DNA. Our work includes gender sensitization, bridging the gaps between Gen X and Gen Y, dealing with everyday unconscious biases at work and encourages inclusive hiring for recruiters, managers & leaders. • EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS The mental well-being of employees is at the core of any organisation’s performance. During the course of the pandemic we have seen the requirement for mental well-being support is at its highest.
