Kellogg Institute for International Studies at the University of Notre Dame
The Kellogg Institute for International Studies brings the best of interdisciplinary inquiry to bear on research themes relevant to contemporary societies around the world, especially democracy and human development.
With more than 100 Faculty Fellows at the University of Notre Dame and a world-renowned Visiting Fellowship program, Kellogg also offers unsurpassed educational experiences for graduate and undergraduate students alike. More than 100 doctoral students are Affiliates of the Institute and as many undergraduate students engage with the Kellogg community as International Scholars or through the International Development Studies minor, among other undergraduate opportunities.
The flagship Kellogg International Scholars program pairs highly talented, intellectually motivated students with faculty to serve as research assistants throughout their undergraduate years. Through this one-to-one mentorship, International Scholars gain research skills, engage with an intellectual peer community, and meet scholars and practitioners from around the world with a goal of completing their own research project in their senior year.
