The sizes of these projects range from a few thousand to nearly one million square feet and have utilized many different project delivery methods including design/build, GC/CM and spec/bid/build. All our work is done in accordance with the Building Commissioning Associations's (1999) "Essential Attributes of Building Commissioning." We are experts in the commissioning protocols set forth by high performance building programs such as the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED, the Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS), Washington Sustainable Schools Protocol for High Performance School Facilities, and Labs 21.
