Parsons has always been a railroad town. As was with most of the nation, the ' was a time of general prosperity. The Katy Railroad opened the golf course with 150 chartered members in 1926. The golf course operated as member association until 2014, where at that time the organization was converted to a private ownership.. With the management change, however, the Katy remains deeply rooted in its golf culture and railroad heritage. The Katy Golf Course is a premiere 9 hole public golf facility and is known throughout the four state area for its historic beauty and challenging holes. Our narrow Bermuda fairways are well manicured and lined with mature trees while our greens are large with undulating bent grass. We accept:
