Everyone needs a coach and product managers are no exception. I work with individual clients looking to level up their careers and craft as product managers and leaders. Moreover, I partner up with product organizations looking to create a scalable career ladder and PM competencies framework, establish successful remote hiring practices, and build a strong team in a hybrid working environment. My coaching style is rooted in direct experience as a leader, manager, and mentor. Being a design thinking and mindfulness practitioner for many years, I draw my inspiration from both approaches when working with product managers. I tend to explore clients' strengths and rely on thought-provoking, sometimes difficult questions to assist deeper self-knowledge and reflection. My coaching style has some elements of training and mentorship and is inspired by Marty Cagan's approach to coaching and developing empowered product teams.
