KIG deliberately focuses on short-term lending and financing opportunities. The Group is specialized in areas where capital supply is scarce and offers relatively high and stable returns for investors, including factoring, various receivables monetization opportunities, trade financing, and real estate bridge loans. The Group currently manages in excess of $850mns with seven distinct Luxembourg funds: Global Lending Opportunities Fund, Factoring Fund, Real Estate Lending Fund, European Secured Lending, Litigation Fund, Litigation Equity Partners Fund and European Real Estate Partners Fund. We focus on open-ended instruments with monthly to semi-annual liquidity to investors with low volatility and low correlation to traditional asset classes.
